We offer a great variety of regular AND plus size items for women, and occasional Mommy and Me options. We aim to make your style AND your life easier!

~Shopping~

Boutique 32 is primarily an online Boutique with limited Open Shopping Hours at our Headquarters for local customers!

Online shopping is powered by Comment Sold, which allows us to streamline invoicing and payment processing. This means we’ll be able to get the latest styles to you freakishly fast!

If an item sells out, you will be placed on the waitlist! If we have enough of a waitlist, we will bring in more of that item, if possible. Restocks from our vendors and designers are not a guarantee, however, chances are decent, so feel free to comment and get yourself on the list. Once an item has returned to stock, you will get an notification and invoice to your messenger.

Once you comment sold on an item, you will have 12 hours to complete checkout before the item leaves your shopping cart. You will receive one reminder to your email when you have 6 hours remaining.

~Washing Instructions~

As the owner, I’m a Mama to 2 little boys and stay crazy busy. I strive to carry cute, comfy AND practical clothing.... that means nothing too high maintenance to care for in our busy lives! Dry cleaning is NOT in my vocabulary! LOL! I will not offer items that are strictly dry clean only here.

IF on the rare occasion, you see a care tag for an item stating dry clean only, I have brought it in because I believe it can be washed at home, with some care and common sense  I recommend placing the item inside out, in a mesh garment bag, and machine washing on cold, delicate cycle all by itself. You may also hand wash. Lay flat or hang to dry as soon as washing cycle is done.

~Events~

This Facebook group is where you want to be to stay in the know of all upcoming events! You may see us at larger, local events/festivals. We will gladly set up at local schools or local businesses when requested.

~Shipping/Local Pick Up~

Free local pick up can take place during our business hours at 271 Village Pkwy in Helena, AL.

Monday-Wednesday 9am-2pm

Picks ups outside these hours can take place at 176 Rowntree Path in Helena (about 5 minutes away). Look for bright pink and purple bins on front porch! 

Sunday 8am-10pm
Monday-Wednesday 3pm-10pm 
Thursday 7:30pm-10pm
Friday-Saturday 3pm-10pm

For our ladies that want to receive happy mail , shipping is $3 and any purchase over $75 ships free! If you complete a second purchase within the first 24 hours after a purchase, that second purchase will ship free. We ship daily! 

~Return Policy~

We hope you LOVE your goodies from Boutique 32. If a purchase does not work out, we are happy to help you!

Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

Due to frequently changing inventory, an exchange is not guaranteed.

Returned items must be in new condition (un-washed/un-worn/free of odors) with tags still attached.

Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error on our end.

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return once we have received it.

****All "Deal of the Day" items, sale or discounted items, jewelry, accessories, leggings, and items purchased with coupon code are all FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on these items.****

Shopping online is offered through the Comment Sold platform. This allows automation of invoicing and payment processing. This makes life easier for YOU, my customer, as you will receive an invoice to your Facebook messenger within the first minute after claiming an in stock item! You can pay in seconds and receive your purchases asap!

Overall, I recommend you turn item inside out, machine wash cold on delicate and hang/lay flat to dry for most of your boutique clothing. I do that with all of my own clothes anyways!

~Open Houses and Vendor Events~

This Facebook group is where you want to be to stay in the know of all upcoming events! In addition to online shopping,  I also participate in local vendor events and can come to a local school or business to set up upon request.
